We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Hallam office to help support our amazing team in the smooth day to day running of operations.

About the Role

• Daily management of storage files (physical and digital)
• Liaise with customers in order to prepare quotes and finalise bookings
• Account management and collection of outstanding monies
• Conduct regular audits ensuring the accuracy of all storage files and accounts
• Assist with the sale of goods under the Warehousemen’s Liens Act
• Provide assistance to the Administration Manager
• Supporting the Administration team as required, including reception relief
• Resolving any customer issues or escalate as appropriate, whilst maintaining customer communication
