Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail and a great attitude to join our Information Management division as a full-time Driver/ Facility Worker.

Full training will be provided to the right candidates, an exciting and varied role where no 2 days are the same!

About The Role

As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading corporate, healthcare and government agencies.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will be the following but not limited to:

• Order collection and delivery of client records and information
• Customer service queries
• Maintaining high profile account service delivery
• Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
• Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
• Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

• Minimum Car Licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence
• Be hard working and reliable
• Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
• Have good computer literacy skills
• Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility with work hours and days
• Work well under pressure and be a good team player

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
