Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the COO in managing daily operations of the Zaventem delivery center.
• Supervise a large fleet of trucks and vans, ensuring efficient delivery schedules.
• Plan vehicle requirements based on volume forecasts and coordinate with dispatching.
• Select and verify new subcontractors, ensuring compliance with vehicle and administrative regulations.
• Conduct theoretical training for new drivers and perform annual evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Responsible Pharmacist to follow GDP (Good Distribution Practices) procedures.
• Monitor daily operational reports and serve as the link between customer service and drivers.
