About Your New Role: 

As a vital member of our casual disability support services team in our Alex Hills region, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting customers with complex health needs. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support across diverse settings such as homes, clinical environments, and community outings and promoting continuous skill development within the Disability Sector.  

About You: 

• Excels in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access. 
• Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges. 
• Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease. 
• Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and overnights.  

You will need or be willing to obtain: 

• A current Open QLD Driver’s Licence. 
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. 
• 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with complex needs.
