Our award-winning spa is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our esteemed spa team as a Massage Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of treatments, including massages such as relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy. Additionally, you will perform body treatments including scrubs and wraps, along with packages and journeys.

ABOUT YOU

• A nationally accredited Diploma in Remedial Massage or Certificate 4 in Massage Therapy.
• Considerable experience performing massages in a luxury, 5-star day spa environment – highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy.
• Genuine care for guests with the ability to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of tension.
• Ability to meet booking demands without compromising service quality.
• Adherence to Crown’s procedures, our spa’s treatment protocols, and exceptional standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable conduct, punctuality, and confidentiality.
