About the role

We are looking for a permanent Truck Driver/Grain Handler to join our team to move grain handling equipment (front end loaders, stackers etc) between our sites, maintenance yards and other locations. The role will involve working with electronic logbooks (Log Master) and our trucks are GPS tracked. The right person has the option for a flexible home base location between Echuca/Moama, Charlton and Warracknabeal and may be be away 1 to 2 nights per week.

Key responsibilities of this role include;

  • General Truck Driving Duties transporting grain handling equipment
  • Grain Handling tasks as required

 

About your experience

Our successful candidate will come to us with a passion for the Grain industry. Previous experience driving trucks, restraining equipment on flatbed trucks and operating front end loaders and other grain handling equipment will be essential for this role.

Critical to your success in this role is;

  • HC driver license and demonstrated safe driving record
  • A positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Proven ability to deliver to deadlines safely within a dynamic environment

Additional skills and experiences that are highly regarded are;

  • MC – Multi Combination
  • Basic Fatigue Management
