THE ROLE

We are currently taking applications for vibrant, enthusiastic, and highly motivated hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experience at Oncore by Clare Smyth.

The first and only British female chef to hold three Michelin stars in the UK, experience Clare Smyth’s first and only international restaurant. Oncore by Clare Smyth champions exceptional fine dining using sustainable ingredients.

We currently have multiple vacancies across the following roles:

• Section Waiters
• Wine Waiters

ABOUT YOU

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. To be considered, you will need an understanding of the hospitality industry, proven experience, impeccable grooming standards and be able to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.

To be successful you’ll:

• Have a passion and knowledge of cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits
• Have a passion for customer service
• Be reliable and have a trustworthy attitude
• have excellent time management skills.
• Hold a current NSW RSA certificate.
