Multicap is looking for a dedicated administrator with NDIS experience to join us. As a key player in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations and ongoing delivery of Multicap’s functions.
Key Daily Responsibilities:
- Front Office Presence: Be the welcoming face and voice of Multicap during office hours. Respond to phone calls and emails with a commitment to high-end customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Administrative Support: Assist the regional staff with general administrative and organizational tasks. Contribute to maintaining and updating processes and procedures, ensuring efficient information management. There will be some managing of travel requirements for the GM and RM.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Undertake routine data entry and generate reports from information systems, showcasing your proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Assist in preparing, editing, and circulating basic correspondence and communications, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Filing Systems Management: Coordinate electronic and hard copy filing, ensuring a well-organized and accessible filing system. Operate office equipment and manage office supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team, balancing the demands of a busy workplace, meeting deadlines, and maintaining tenacity and attention to detail.

If this sounds like you this is what you will need to get started:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position working in Administration and ideally in the NDIS space.
- Current VIC Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check or ability to hold one
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain
