As a Parking Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth traffic flow and ensuring parking regulations are upheld. Reporting to the VTMS Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Issuing parking infringements and educating hospital users about parking rules
  • Monitoring car park equipment and ensuring parking machines are operational.
  • Responding to parking-related incidents and queries from visitors, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of parking areas

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Issuing parking infringements and educating hospital users about parking rules
  • Sound organization and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
  • Experience in a healthcare environment or using handheld devices is a plus
