As a lifeguard, you will be working in a dedicated team that is responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons as they enjoy our infinity pools by minimising or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviour. This person will need to be able to solve on-the-job issues by utilising effective critical thinking and decision-making skills and possess the ability to work with a diverse range of guests. Lifeguards must be able to enforce pool policies and be able to communicate effectively why policies are in place.

THE ROLE

This role will see our Lifeguards focused on duties at the pool facilities, which includes monitoring the activity inside the pool, conducting water readings, maintaining the cleanliness of the pool, while assisting in creating a safe work environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Flexible availability to work across 7 days including public holidays
• NSW Pool Lifeguard Qualification
• Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred
• Fitness or hospitality qualification is desirable
• Passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience
