IT Support Officer | Sydney CBD | Up to $90k + super

An exciting new opportunity is available for an IT support Officer at a market-leading law firm. This is a permanent position, located in the Sydney CBD and gives you the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your new role

In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Help Desk Support: Assist staff with IT-related enquiries.
  • User Onboarding and Account Maintenance: Set up and manage user accounts across all systems.
  • User Induction/Training Workshops: Conduct training sessions for new users.
  • Intranet Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the firm’s intranet.
  • Hardware Support: Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Dictation and Audio Transcription: Manage and troubleshoot issues related to dictation.
  • Document Management System (iManage): Maintain and troubleshoot iManage-related issues.
  • Video Conferencing Setup: Assist with interstate video conferences.
  • Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Deployment: Help maintain and deploy the firm’s SOE.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience providing Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, Printers, and other end-user devices in a Microsoft environment.
  • Experience with AD, Office 365, Sharepoint, MS Teams, and Azure
  • Experience troubleshooting problems with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows OS, and other Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Previous experience with document management systems (iManage or equivalent) is highly desirable.
