The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences, with our 3 established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all our guests.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Front Office Attendant to join the Crown Metropol team.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Provide a personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for our guests.
- Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers recognising different needs of individuals and attending to them accordingly.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a premium Hotel or hospitality related customer service role is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) would be advantageous.

To be successful, you’ll have full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
This role requires flexibility to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays.
