Key Responsibilities:

• Minimize breakdowns and maintain a large customer base.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure elevators and escalators run smoothly.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshoot technical faults.
• Ensure top-quality service and maintenance for our clients’ lifts.
• Follow safety procedures during equipment shutdowns for repairs or servicing.
• Recommend new parts or upgrades to improve performance.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster for emergency call-outs as needed.
• Travel within and outside the region, working independently.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials in good order.
