You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business on a part time basis, 20 to 25 hours per week, with days of the week being flexible. 

About The Role

As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium warehouse support and customer service to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies. 

The duties will include: 

• Order collection and delivery of client records and information
• Warehousing work
• Picking and processing of archive cartons from racking
• Maintaining high profile account service delivery
• Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
• Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
• Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc. 

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

• Minimum Car Licence
• Attention to detail
• Forklift Licence Desirable
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence
• Be hard working and reliable
• Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
• Have good computer literacy skills
• Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility with work hours and days
• Work well under pressure and be a good team player 

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
