About You

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to assist in multiple services including In Home Supports, Community Access and our Roma Hub! 

You will bring your creativity and love for activities to a new level for our services. Your days will include but not limited to;

• Coordinating engaging activities including a variety of creative arts and games
• Providing support by helping customers achieve their goals and developing daily skills
• Assisting customers who have a wide range of disabilities and challenging behaviours
• Implementing individual care plans
• Hub Service hours: Monday to Friday between 9am – 4pm
• In Home Supports, SIL and Community Access Services: Flexible availability for Morning, Afternoon, Night and Overnight shifts. 

What You Need

• Current Driver’s License
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
