Blackwoods is offering an exciting dual-purpose role in Perth, WA. This position involves delivering exceptional service in our Trade Store while also supporting our high-performing Warehouse team.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide fast-paced customer service; assisting via telephone, email and in person in our trade store, whilst recommending the best products or services to match their needs
  • Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
  • Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders
  • Receiving, labelling, and storing of incoming goods
  • Conducting sorting, loading, and unloading of vehicles
  • Ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and displayed

To be successful, you will have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Applicants with an advanced understanding of Microsoft programs would be highly regarded
  • Forward and proactive thinker who can think outside the box
  • Retail experience and industry knowledge advantageous, but not essential
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment desirable
