About the role
Our hospital catering team aim to provide the highest quality food services to our patients, visitors, staff, and doctors.
This opportunity will see you provide support to the Catering Manager in the daily operational and running of the Catering team. This will involve, but is not limited to:
- Lead and supervise a fantastic team
- Assist with rostering of staff and order of catering products
- Ensure high standards of friendly customer oriented service is always maintained
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of food and beverages to wards is exceptional and to a high quality standard
- In charge of Catering Audits
- Assist in working in Catering Operations
- Relieve Hotel Services Manager when away.
About You
You will have prior experience leading, coaching, motivating and developing your team to achieve results and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with influence at all levels.
Essential Skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience supervising and managing staff across a Catering or Hospitality Department/Organisation
- Ability to lead, support and motivate staff
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Remuneration
Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay will require a check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
