As a Care Worker servicing clients in Woy Woy, Umina, Ettalong and surrounds, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life, supporting them to live independently at home and doing the things they love by helping them with everyday activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Household cleaning and laundry
  • Meal preparation
  • Providing respite for carers
  • Transport to and from appointments/shops
  • Social support
  • Assisting with complex care needs

What do we need from you?

We are seeking morning coverage, so you will need to have availability to work shifts starting at 7:00am during weekdays.

You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.

This role does require you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients’ homes.

  • You will be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans
  • It is a requirement you undergo background checks including a new police check at no cost to you
