About BaptistCare Caloola Centre

Nestled in the peaceful and scenic bushland of Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre provides quality, specialist support to a well-loved community on beautifully landscaped gardens neaby to the shops, clubs, and church.

The 80-room facility provides quality, palliative care as well as security for those living with dementia. This includes our newly built sensory garden, delivering a safe and stimulating outdoor space for clients.

About the role:

BaptistCare Caloola Centre is seeking experienced Catering assistant to join their team on a Casual basis with meal preparation and service delivery during meal times.

Duties may include

  • Assistance in meal preparation and serving.
  • Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love.

Skills and Experience:

  • You are a team player, enjoy interacting with elderly people
  • Enjoy working within kitchen environment, and have an understanding of food hygiene practices
  • Previous kitchen/food service experience
  • Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance
