The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, we have an array of roles and positions available across all of our venues within the complex ranging from Causal to Fine Dining and everything in between.
Working in the hospitality team at Crown, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both floor and bar service and menu knowledge
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable expiriences for our guests
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work on Fridays & Weekends
Additional Information
To be successful, you’ll:
Hold or willing to obtain a valid RSA Certificate
This role requires you to:
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn
