The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Apprentice Body Builder to join the team at Wales Heavy Repairs Adelaide!
As an Apprentice Body Builder, you will be responsible for repairing damaged heavy vehicles. You will work under the guidance of experienced Body Builders to learn the techniques and skills required to produce high-quality work on large vehicles.
What you will learn:
As an Apprentice Bod Builder at Wales Adelaide, you will learn to:
- Perform inspections and complete damage reports as per company procedures
- Carry out mechanic diagnosis, repair and replacements as required
- Perform repairs and refurbishing of recycled parts to required quality standards
- Ensure no vehicle or component is ever refitted or supplied if not safe to do so
- Upon request carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet
- Ensure authorised before proceeding with additional work.
- Double check new parts are correct and not damaged.
