Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, particularly in bookkeeping, payroll, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, and provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and assist with budget management.
  • Payroll: Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to staff.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and customer service (xero experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • A positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
