Key Selection Criteria 

We’re looking for a motivated team player who aligns with our organization’s vision and
values. To excel in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications: Completion of an electrician apprenticeship and are a registered electrician.
• Solar Expertise: Solar and battery accreditation (or working towards).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and delegate tasks to apprentices.
• Licensing: A valid driver’s license.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Independence: A motivated self-starter who can self-manage and make decisions with
  minimal supervision.
• Problem Solving: Initiative, creativity, and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders to reflect our
  company’s values and reputation.
• Teamwork: Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when
  required.
