Ventia is offering long-term employment with City of Sydney contract for people with backgrounds in cleaning and or hospitality for locations all around the Sydney CBD. The locations we service are: The Rocks, Walsh Bay, Barangaroo, Millers Point, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Darlinghurst, Chippendale, Darlington, Camperdown, Forest Lodge, Glebe, Alexandria, Beaconsfield, Centennial Park, Erskineville, Newtown, Redfern, Rosebery, Waterloo and Zetland.

 

About the role: 

• Driving from multiple sites accross the city.
• Flexibility to travel to all sites around city locations required.
• Cleaning of all bathroom touchpoints (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms, etc).
• Cleaning graffiti and sites that may need cleaning due to flooding from weather.
• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming, you will need to be able to complete various duties under strict timelines.
• Maintenance of stock supplies and orders.

About you: 

• Driver’s Licence desired but not essential.
• Cleaning machinery experience (desired) – using machinery such as carpet cleaner, scrubber, water pressure etc.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• An eye for detail and being proactive.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Successful applicants need to undergo a Police Check, Medical online assessment, and references.
