Purpose

As the Groundsperson, you are essential in maintaining our outdoor areas, focusing on safety and functionality. With a green thumb and a passion for wide-open spaces, you will excel in perfecting the aesthetic appeal and practicality of our property’s outdoor areas. You will work closely with the maintenance and management teams to achieve these goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Take charge of the care and maintenance of all gardens and communal spaces within the property
• Establish and execute procedures aimed at boosting the effectiveness of garden and grounds maintenance while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high standards
• Work within a vibrant team of diverse talents, that thrives on cooperation and independence in equal measure
• Deliver warm and enthusiastic service to both our valued external and internal guests

 

Skills and Experience

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Proven experience in a related role
• Knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and garden tools
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
