Purpose

As our dedicated Spa Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, while also managing the administrative side of the spa.

 

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying beauty therapy or looking to build a career in the wellness sector

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere
• Handle enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage treatment bookings
• Provide information about spa services and products, upselling treatments and retail items where appropriate
• Maintain a high standard of presentation for the reception area and guest amenities
• Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and payment processing
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to needs and requests with care and professionalism

 

Skills and Experience

• A passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Great communication skills and the ability to make clients feel valued
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• The ability to work well within a team and independently
• Immaculate presentation and a friendly, positive attitude
• Weekend availability is essential, with some weekday hours required

 

Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. If you’re new to the wellness industry, this is an ideal role to get started while you study or transition into a career in beauty or spa therapy.
