The Opportunity:

A permanent full-time position is available for a Machinery Operator to join the team at our young stock raising facility at Ladysmith Farms, NSW. The role involves operating modern and well-maintained small and large tractors, feed mixer wagons, front end loaders and skid steers. This opportunity is for a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail and is committed to work health and safety.

This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation in loader and skid steer and other training including forklift as required.

Key accountabilities include:

• Operating small and large tractors, feed mixer wagon, front end loader and skid steer
• Working to scheduling guidelines
• Operating machinery safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The successful applicant will possess:

• A motivated and positive work ethic with good time management skills
• Good communication skills with a strong team spirit and a commitment to attendance and punctuality
• The ability to follow protocols and adhere to safety standards
• Machinery experience
• Q Fever immunity, or must be willing to gain the Q Fever vaccination
• Driver’s licence and own transport
