As Logistics & Planning Coordinator Commodity:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure a secure and efficient delivery process for the plant in Western Continental Europe.
• Act as the first point of contact for the plant, quality, and execution teams regarding delivery issues.
• Be proactive, driven, decisive, and possess a strong solution-oriented mentality, ready to manage issues and find commercial solutions.
• Ensure efficient execution of planning processes and methodologies for the site in France.
• Collaborate with Procurement, S&OP, and Execution teams to align execution planning.
• Lead the weekly planning meeting with the production manager of the site in France.
• Manage and execute supplier contracts on time.
• Initiate and execute optimization initiatives within the commodity flow and process.
• Monitor costs of transport, logistic frame contracts, and commodity deliveries according to forecasts.
• Support the commodity execution manager as an SKU by performing requested IT testing.
• Passionately explore opportunities within the Procurement department.
• Bridge the needs of the plant with suppliers and execution possibilities, always considering commercial agreements.
• Participate in the commoditiy procurement commercial discussions and decisions.
