About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist for our brand new government account, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on resolving both routine and intricate customer inquiries. You’ll be part of a newly formed team and expected to provide top-tier customer service while offering guidance and support.

Key Role Details

  • Hourly rate of $25.80 + Super + Incentives
  • Operational Hours: National Service Delivery 7:00am – 7:00pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Full-time and limited Part-time roles available – PT roles must be available to attend an initial 4-week training period FT and minimum 24 hours per week post training, with availability across all days of the week
  • Screening now for September start dates, don’t delay!
  • Location: Work from Home!
  • Initial equipment collection required
  • Successful applicants must be able to collect IT equipment from Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne Newcastle, Sydney, Townsville, and Wollongong.

Who are you?

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age 
  • Must have minimum 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for home office
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Eager to work towards goals and targets
  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems
  • Existing experience within a contact centre environment – highly desirable!
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
